Responsibilities & Context

A renowned 100 % export-based Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate of Executive- IT at Head office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.

• The candidate needs to perform Production-Based ERP implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of ERP and customized software system of the group of companies under the supervision of the department head.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement ERP system according to business requirements.
• Provide support to the end users, investigate data discrepancies, application error, propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve their functionality.

• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure proper system usage.
• Perform requirement and process analysis.
• Carry out ERP/customized software quality assurance tests.
