- Preference will be given to experience in working with TV channels.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
Responsibilities & Context
- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, printers, and scanners etc.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Providing timely and accurate support feedback.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replace parts as required.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
