Technical Supervision and Support:

Oversee technical support to hospital departments, ensuring smooth operations of IT services.
Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, network expansion, and new technology implementation, aligned with the hospital’s operational goals.

Network and Surveillance System Management

Oversee the management of network devices (routers, switches, modems, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points) and ensure seamless connectivity across the hospital.
Provide technical support for CCTV surveillance systems, including IP camera configuration, VMS server maintenance, and DVR troubleshooting.

Enterprise Systems and Security

Manage hospital enterprise systems (servers, storage solutions, databases) to ensure reliability and scalability.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management to safeguard hospital data and patient information.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies relevant to healthcare facilities.

Device and Infrastructure Management

Maintain a variety of computing devices used across departments, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and other devices (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android).
Oversee office equipment (printers, scanners, projectors, access control systems) used for hospital operations.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for uninterrupted service, including power systems like UPS and AVR units.
Manage IT inventory and contribute to procurement decisions for device replacements and spare parts.

Digital Marketing & Others·

Web site monitoring
Knowledge on Print media, Social Media posts, Photography is mandatory.·
Design and produce motion graphics, video editing, 2D 3D Motion, motion typography.·
Candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce.
Entertaining educational or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand “look and feel.
Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
Social Media posting, boosting reply and review·
Content creation (Poster, reels, video)
Advertisements (print and digital)
Brochures and Flyer
Logos and Branding Materials
Signage and Displays
Any responsibility given by the management
