LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Fuel/Petroleum
Additional Requirements
- At least 1-2 years in IT infrastructure/ support, preferably in LPG/ Oil & Gas/ Similar or Heavy Industry.
- Must be good in communication, teamwork & interpersonal skill.
- Adaptable to changes & new technologies.
- Mindset to follow regular SOP.
Responsibilities & Context

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Check internet connectivity and resolve by communicating with ISP.

Handling end user issues and supporting them to solve them according to the SLA.

Implement security measures, patches and policies in devices as per group requirements.

Continuous monitoring of security protocols for non-violation and keep watch for alerts.

Enable high level of security protocol across the location according to the company policies.

Participate in IT audits, both Internal and from Group, and prepare reporting for the same.

Keeping up to the periodic reporting requirements according to the policy needs.
