Additional Requirements

1-2 years of experience in IT operations, network, or system administration will be an added advantage.
Experience with Linux and UNIX-based systems management and operations.
Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation, system monitoring, and task management.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IT compliance standards.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Oversee updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance of IT systems.
Manage and maintain networking equipment (switches, routers, IP phones) and ensure optimal network performance.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues, including managing active directory and cloud services.
Support surveillance systems, access control devices, and assist with IT projects such as system migrations and upgrades.
Work with vendors on IT procurement and maintain thorough documentation.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT operations, staying current with emerging technologies.
