Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within specified timelines.
- Follow up on payment milestones with Account Managers and escalate issues when necessary.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and Gantt Charts.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges.
- Assist in resource allocation and task assignment.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, target milestones, etc.
