Experience

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Must be honest, sincere, punctual, and disciplined.
A selected candidate has to go for a probationary period of 6 months and sign a non-compete agreement to serve the organization for at least 5 years.
Excellent computer knowledge with good command on Microsoft Office and commanding ability on Internet browsing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.

Installing configuration monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, Software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, etc
Providing technical support (physically or remotely) on a call basis.
Diagonsing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Oversee daily IT operations and support staff with technical issues.
