Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individual for the position of Executive/Jr. Executive (IT).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for employees and resolve IT-related issues.
• Set up computers, printers, LAN, Router, Cable and other IT devices to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Continuously monitor network and server to detect and resolve any issues promptly.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems and applications.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Monitor ERP systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Process IT-related requisitions, including identifying requirements, sourcing, and coordinating with procurement department to ensure timely delivery of IT related equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT systems and procedures.
• CCTV installation and monitoring.
• Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
