Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Medical Technology, Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Engineering

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Trading or Export/Import, Medical Equipment, Diagnostic Centre
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in similar medical equipment sales and service businesses.

Responsibilities & Context

• Actively promote and sell our portfolio of cutting-edge diagnostic instruments.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients (doctors, lab technicians, hospital administrators).

• Proactively identify and explore new market opportunities and potential client locations for machine placement.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.Ensure timely collection of due payments from clients.

• Perform professional installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and integration into client facilities.

• Execute precise calibration of instruments to guarantee accurate and reliable results, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

• Provide comprehensive application training and operational guidance to doctors and laboratory staff on the functionality and optimal use of all installed equipment.

• Perform minor error debugging and first-line troubleshooting to quickly resolve common operational issues. This includes addressing problems like technical/procedural errors, degradation of test components/reagents, presence of interfering substances in samples, sample storage issues, and proper handling of consumables.

• Document all service activities, maintenance records, and client interactions meticulously.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales calls, service visits, installations, and client interactions within the designated mobile software.
