Actively promote the resort’s rooms, event, spaces, and other amenities.
Identify potential Client, such as corporate groups, travel agencies, and event planners.
Inform clients about ongoing offers, discounts, and special packages.Sell and coordinate events such as weddings, conferences, and banquets.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Draft and present proposals, quotations and agreements.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
