Responsibilities & Context
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
- Link up and monitor the PC with the server and storage functions.
- Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
- Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Innovate new methods for streamlining troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Operation of MS Office & Office management software.
- Experience in Windows network.
- Understanding of trading and tender processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management.
