Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Innovate new methods for streamlining troubleshooting and diagnosis.
Operation of MS Office & Office management software.
Experience in Windows network.
Understanding of trading and tender processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
