Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Leather engineering/Science/Business from Public, Private or Oversees University.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Strong knowledge of leather footwear sewing processes and operations
- Understanding of SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning
- Knowledge of quality standards (AQL, FTR) and rework control
- Ability to analyze production data and take corrective actions
- Understanding of manpower planning and skill matrix management

Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per production planning.
- Maintain line efficiency according to approved operational standards.
- Ensure product quality requirements and QKPI targets are consistently met.
- Supervise proper manpower utilization while maintaining safety and shop floor discipline.
- Control material consumption within approved budget standards.
- Ensure SOP compliance across all lasting and related production processes.
- Deliver orders within the committed production lead time.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with IE, Planning, Quality, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
