Responsibilities & Context
- Perform maintenance and ensure all Tetra Pak production and utility machineries such as Generator & Sub-station, Boiler, Air Compressor, Fire pump, Water Treatment Plant, CETP & Others are properly functional
- Prepare and manage the budget of Engineering Department including capital expenditures, operating expenses & cost control measures
- Perform troubleshooting of BMS, HVAC & VRF, Water Chiller, Pumps, Cooling tower, AC, Forklift, Lift, Solar system etc.
- Ensure optimum use of Diesel, LPG, Spare parts and prepare consumption report
- Identify the fast moving and critical spare parts of all machineries
- Ensure the availability of sufficient stock and update in SAP
- Prepare and update all engineering SOPs as per Food Safety and ISO guideline
- Maintain proper communication with suppliers
- Perform project work and any other duties assigned by Supervisor
