Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 25 years

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience in an export-oriented garments/apparel manufacturing company.

Manager – HR & Admin

  • 5–10 years of relevant HR & Administration experience in an export-oriented garments/apparel manufacturing company, including experience leading HR operations in a factory environment.

Applicants without experience in export-oriented garments/apparel manufacturing companies will not be considered.

Required Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act & Labour Rules.
  • Practical experience with buyer compliance requirements (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, or equivalent).
  • Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and factory HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Executive/Manager – HR & Admin

The designation (Executive or Manager) will be offered based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, buyer Code of Conduct, and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HRIS, personnel files, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and training initiatives.
  • Support payroll inputs, compensation & benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance-related HR documentation for buyer and third-party audits.

Administration

  • Oversee factory and office administration, including security, transport, housekeeping, and facilities management.
  • Manage office assets, administrative procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations while maintaining workplace discipline and safety.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders as required.
