Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably Major in Human Resources (HR), Marketing, or a related field.
  • O/A Level’s background preferable.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency equivalent to an IELTS band score of 7.5
  • This role requires flexibility in working both from home and from the office, depending on business needs.
  • The candidate must be adaptable and able to manage time efficiently between remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities & Context

HR Management:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.

Administrative Support:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events. Ensure smooth operation of office functions.

Excellent Customer Service:

Handle and maintain relationships with foreign clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Regularly follow up with clients to address their needs and concerns.

Client Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing communications and building long-term relationships. Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Collaboration with Management:

Work closely with the management team to align HR and administrative strategies with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations on improving organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Follow-Up and Coordination:

Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of communications and actions.
