Responsibilities & Context

Prepare monthly product-wise sales forecasts in collaboration with the supervisor and ensure achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
Design and implement promotional strategies for new and existing products.
Plan and organize sales operations effectively to ensure continuous sales growth while managing credit efficiently to maximize output.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers by providing timely support, addressing complaints, and identifying new business opportunities in trader and end-user segments.
Train field forces on product features, benefits, and technical aspects, and ensure timely technical service to farmers and dealers as needed.
Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing, sales, and product-related activities, and stay informed about market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and economic trends.
Collect regular market feedback and provide insights for new product development and necessary changes in existing products.
Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers and management and coordinate internally to resolve all sales-related issues efficiently.
