What You’ll Be Doing:

• Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement in the retail beauty industry.
• Stay ahead of trends and customer preferences to create campaigns that truly resonate.
• Plan and roll out periodic promotional calendars to keep our audience hooked.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and consumer insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver eye-catching marketing materials on time.
• Oversee the design, printing, and delivery of packaging and branding materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest level of integrity.
• Tackle additional tasks as assigned by management with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude!

Job Nature: Full-time, office-based.
