Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns specifically designed for real estate and construction sectors.
Create, design, and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, online ads) for real estate properties and projects.
Coordinate property listings, including virtual tours, professional photoshoots, and promotional videos.
Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and client meetings to showcase real estate projects.
Promote the company’s services and ongoing real estate developments to potential customers.
Monitor real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve marketing strategies, project offerings, and client satisfaction.
Work towards achieving sales and marketing targets specifically for real estate development projects.
Ensure the effective use of online and offline marketing techniques to increase the company’s visibility in the real estate market.
Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and ensure consistency across campaigns.
