Responsibilities & Context

bZm Graphics Ltd is open to welcome two highly motivated and experienced marketing professionals to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in marketing like Digital marketing, call centers, social media marketing, etc. looking to advance their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead generation, including researching and identifying potential prospects.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to engage leads and nurture relationships.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing).
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase BZM Graphics’ expertise.
• Develop case studies and success stories from past projects to use as marketing assets.
• Handle inbound inquiries, respond to client requests, and provide service consultations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Handle client communication via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
