Responsibilities & Context
- To handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- To update and maintain customer records in the ERP system.
- Analysis data and prepare report for various aspect of business needs.
- To provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- To identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
- To resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- To work closely with other departments to improve customer service and support.
- Any task assigned by management.
