Additional Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales in the garments accessories industry.
Strong knowledge of garment accessories including Tags, Labels, Heat Seals/ Heat Transfer label, Paper Hanger, RFID and Sewing Thread.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with RMG (Ready-Made Garments) factories and buying houses.
Promote and market garment accessories such as Tags, Labels, Heat Seals, and Sewing Thread.
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the garments sector.
Prepare and present product samples and marketing materials to buyers and merchandisers.
Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitors and pricing trends.
Assist in setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of client interactions, feedback, and sales pipeline.
