Identify and approach potential customers interested in our real estate projects.
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of the project
Create sales by visiting clients and corporate offices to deliver service information and create a positive image of the Products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about our properties.
Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone & mobile.
Arrange project visit as per client’s requirement.
Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
Positive mindset, salesmanship attitude and good team player.
Prepare clients payment schedule as per management instruction and collect booking money, down payment and installments.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Fluent in Bangla English.
