Education

Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Requirements

1 year of experience in sales preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Passion for sales, relationship-building, and problem solving.
Ability to travel to client offices, sites, and factories and work in industrial environments as needed.
Basic knowledge of mild steel grades, applications, steel fabrication machinery, and power tools is a plus.
Familiarity with PEB (Pre-Engineered Steel Building) companies is an advantage.

Identify potential customers and customer’s needs and recommend suitable steel materials, industrial machinery, and power tools;·

Conduct product offerings and technical presentations to potential clients;·
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for steel industrial applications;·
Provide technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales stages;
Develop strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through excellent service;
Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings;
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations;·
Sale of machine tools: 5 lac/Month and sale of MS Plate: 50 MT/Month;·
A special incentive will be given to those who exceed the individual target set by the management;·
The mindset to achieve the sales target is appreciated.
