Requirements

Education

  • MBA/ BBA (Marketing) from reputed public/private university.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Retail Store, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years-experience in retail marketing, event & activations, familiar with media planning, social planning, and data analysis.
  • Fashion retail is preferred.
  • Excellent English writing, speaking, listening, and reading skills.
  • Good fashion sense and creativity, always up to speed with market trends.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, who works well independently but also a team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs and dynamic retail environment, ability to think out of the box.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and support all retail marketing related activations.
  • Assist to plan, formulate and implement integrated 360 marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion.
  • Initiate and execute creative marketing campaigns via social media activities, digital marketing, retail events, content development.
  • Explore new channels for promotion and partnership opportunities.
  • Track & analyze metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives or campaigns.
  • Handle brand media planning and initiate brand social campaigns as well as manage brand social calendar.
  • Manage and work with vendors/agencies for events and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external parties, for example, Retail Operations team, visual merchandising team and vendors to achieve business objectives.
