Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics.
- Knowledge of International Ocean & Air Export/Import Sales.
- Ability to maintain both external and internal client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, and proactive approach
Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up with clients for export & import business (Ocean & Air).
- Identify new business opportunities and develop trade lanes (Ocean & Air).
- Conduct joint sales calls with supervisors, management, or operations for VIP/MNC clients when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for business growth. (local & overseas).
- Prepare market analysis and weekly sales reports (calls, revenue, gain/loss).
- Plan weekly client visits for self and the management team.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth, error-free service.
- Perform all duties professionally with minimal supervision and high ethical standards.
