Responsibilities & Context
- MCD – Accessories:
- Execute Accessories receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs.
- Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.Take lead to ensure the Database Accuracy as well as ERP.
- Execute On time Inventory considering the PCD and reflected the documents.
- Ensure & evaluate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory.
- Maintain all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Fabric & Accessories inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc).
- Drive KAIZAN culture/Self Audit/Management Audit/QMS Audit.
- MCD – Fabric:
- Execute Fabric receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs.
- Execute the fabric inventory transactions and ensure the proper documentations.
- Ensure & evaluate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory and maintain records in a proper manner. Maintain all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Fabric & Accessories inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc.)
- Maintain all process of Fabric related issue to avoid material wastage & delays.
- Ensure timely receiving & issuing of material as per plan.
- Maintain on time delivery of Fabric, Cut kit to sewing section as per demand.Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
- Drive KAIZAN culture.
- Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
