Responsibilities & Context
- Execute Accessories receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs.
- Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
- Take lead to ensure the Database Accuracy as well as ERP.
- Execute On time Inventory considering the PCD and reflected the documents.
- Ensure & evaluate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory.
- Maintain all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Fabric & Accessories inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc).
- Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
- Follow up the Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
- Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws.
- Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process.
- Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
- Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session with the Team members.
- Drive KAIZAN culture/Self Audit/Management Audit/QMS Audit.
