Requirements

Education

• MBBS from government recognized institute / university with BMDC registration.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years

• 2-3 years’ experience is preferable but not mandatory.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and work under pressure.
• Collaborative team focus and ability to lead and inspire across departments.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• In depth knowledge of event planning and operations.

Responsibilities & Context

• Organizing CME, scientific seminars, RTDs, workshops, Symposia, etc., related to medical science in different Medical College/Institutions/Hospitals throughout the country.
• Identify, establish, and maintain scientific peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and organize advanced educational forums with them.
• Ensure the planning and execution of scientific and medical initiatives that align with the company’s overall strategic initiatives.
• Provide quality scientific presentations for internal training and external meetings in accordance with the medico-marketing strategy for focus brands in a specific therapeutic area.
• Provide accurate, fair and balanced product knowledge, mostly in response to medical queries from consumers and healthcare professionals.
• Compile and edit scientific documents to clearly and effectively communicate scientific and product-related messages to a wide range of audiences.
• To facilitate clinical research from approval until completion, presentation, and publication in collaboration with different universities and medical institutes of Bangladesh.
