Job Context:

Wholesale Club Ltd. Is an enterprise of JAMUNA GROUP, which is one & only hypermarket in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for an Executive – Member Service Department under the Marketing department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about the benefits of the membership card and meet monthly target by selling new memberships and renewals.
  • Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products.
  • Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM/MSD programs.
  • Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and addressing them accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
  • Attend customer queries and send promotional information through all social media and Hotline  number.
  • Provide necessary feedback to customer’s and push for online and corporate sale.
  • Generate online order from customer and process them for delivery.
  • Communicate with delivery partners.
  • Communicate with our online vendors and assist in the delivery process.
  • Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
