Timely analysis of microbial test BTS, Raw and packaging material analysis as per requirement.

Microbiological Media preparation and validation of media. Growth promotion of media and culture management. Bioburden test of BTS.

Microbial and Environmental Monitoring of Production facilities, water, compressed air, floors, walls, working surfaces, air, clean room gowns and personnel hand checking as per requirement.

Sterility test of product and sterility Assurance Level test of Biological Indicator.

Endotoxin test of product by using Kinetic LAL Analyzer.

Good documentation practices for approval of microbiological testing reports.

Preparation of SOP, Qualification documents as per requirement.

Skilled in laboratory instrument operation and maintenance.

Skills & Expertise

Can do Attitute

Good command over computer

Leadership and Good Communication skill.

The ability to work under pressure
