Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s in any discipline from reputed university.
- Bachelor’s in MIS or CSE will get preference.
Experience

- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or sales reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations.
- Familiarity with Oracle/ERP or sales tracking systems will be an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skill
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and ensure timely submission to management.
- Monitor stock levels and provide regular updates to ensure smooth operations and avoid shortages.
- Compile, organize and analyze data for monthly sales meetings.
- Prepare monthly meeting presentations and relevant performance dashboards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, stock movement, and key business metrics.
- Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.
