Applicants should have experience in the following field like Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics, Food (Packaged) & Beverage.
Must be familiar with MS Office – especially good at MS Excel
Proficiency of Bangla typing.
Excellent organizational skill, multi-tasking & time management skill with the ability to priorities task.

Report To: Departmental Head

Role & Responsibilities:

Collect & maintain data on sales field operation.
Team tracking, availability & activity report collect & compilation.
Review individual sales team performance & monitor sales KPI.
Cross check team daily tour, visit plan & update management accordingly.
Ensuring product wise sales, stock & production related data.
Generate sales order, analyze sales data & provide constructive feedback to the management.
Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records.
Keep all reports availability according to management requirements.
To make reports of sales and distribution as per management requirements.
Daily performance report on order, payment & delivery.
Should be proficient in working with all types of operating systems such as ERP & MS Office programs, typing, and analytical knowledge.
Field Force TA/DA and incentive prepared as per company policy.
