Responsibilities & Context
- Collect and maintain updated data on Sales Field operation.
- Sales Team Tracking, attendance, availability and overall activity report collect and compilation.
- Collect & compile sales data and analysis entire Distribution Performance.
- Monitor and assess Sales KPI & Target status and update Filed Team to ensure their performance.
- Review individual sales team performance and audit performance, presence on daily basis.
- Cross check team daily Tour, Route wise visit plan and update management accordingly.
- Accumulate all field related operational problems and track until the problem resolved.
- Always keep information confidential and maintain the guide line of the company management.
- Analyze trend by ensuring arrangement of product wise sales, stock and production related data.
- Analyze competition activity and market trendsProvide daily constructive feed back to the management.
- Perform ad hoc task as and when assigned by the management.
- Keep all reports availability according to management requirements.
