Responsibilities & Context

Daily National Reporting: Provide management and field force with daily reports on MTD primary and secondary sales and KPIs.

Data Verification: Verify staging secondary sales raw data against transactional data from the live system.

Data Management: Clean, verify, transform, and structure data for optimal performance of the local database.

Market Analysis: Analyze market activities and schemes using an activity tracker to identify top and least performing areas with tentative claim values.

Weekly Sales Review: Prepare weekly sales review reports focusing on channel-wise sales, SKU size-wise placement, and brand & sub-brand distribution both nationally and by area, Business impact of Product Line separated DB.

SFA Usability Enhancement: Enhance the usability of Sales Force Automation (SFA) through training videos, tutorials, and remote support.

Collaboration: Work with software developers and the Head of MIS to generate new reports in SFA and locally.
