Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Graduation in Information Technology or MIS or CSE from any reputed University
• Candidates having Post-Graduation/ Advanced Diploma in Software Development, Programming, Information Technology / Data Protections Protocols will get priority.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, Garments, Textile, Buying House

Additional Requirements

• Good Communication & Connectivity Skills
• Good Knowledge of Mikrotik Router & Networking
• Good Knowledge of Date & Documents Security Control
• Good Knowledge of ERP Solution; Software Development
• Handson Experience in Drupal, WordPress & Web Development.
• Good Knowledge of Office 365 (Online & Offline) & G Suite Mail Server
• Good Knowledge of Computer Data Management, Software, Safety & Protocols
• Ability to solve Critical Data Breeching, Crash, Hacked and sudden System loss issue

We, in our response to the much-valued business demand from the very fast-growing market, are urgently looking for an Executive (MIS / IT) to take care of below mentioned roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain up-to-date IT Inventory Documentation.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and Secure Networks.
• Oversee and record company IT Assets; ensure full optimization.
• Skilled in resolving all Hardware/Software and Windows OS Issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS; ensure smooth daily IT Operations.
• Maintain and secure IT infrastructure including Server Management, Data Backup, and Access Control.
• Provide IT support for Desktops, Laptops, and Peripheral Devices (Printers, UPS, IPS, Routers, Switches, etc.).
• Set up and maintain IP, LAN, Wireless Routers, CCTV, DVR, Access Controls, Attendance Systems, Barcode/Online Printers, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office 365 and G-suite.
• Monitor ERP Software, handle Data Entry and generate MIS and Operational Reports.
• Maintain production, packing and delivery data from Customers & Shipping Lines Portal for Data Management.
• Ensure Data Protection, Confidentiality, Fire Wall, Internet Security & Protocols for timely and accurate database management.
• Clear understanding about Data Safety, internet Security, SPAM & Fire Wall Management, Computer, Server, System Safety and Protocols.
