Strong technical skill is required. Should be well versed with the Garments Accessories factories QA system.
Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
Ability to solve problems and present solutions.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop different types of samples and follow up on time delivery;
Ensure raw materials availability on time on the production floor and on-time delivery of finished goods;
Follow-up production activity on the production floor and safety & hygiene in the production floor;
Set pricing of different types and measurements of Twill Tape, Elastic, Drawstring & Jacquard;
Follow-up customers complain regarding product & solve the same;
Monitor, lead, direct, appraise & trained-up subordinates;
Ensure the maintenance of required MIS;
Ensure elongation modulus and its control mechanism;
Understanding about different types of yarn;
To find a way to improve productivity in the Narrow Fabric area;
Maintain quality production on time according to the production plan, and on time delivery;
Resolve technical problems during production.
