Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily production operations as per schedule and ensure efficiency & quality.
- Manage smooth plant operations minimizing changeovers & material wastage.
- Ensure all machines operate in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production records and report on key metrics.
- Evaluate performance and provide necessary training for operators and production unit workers.
- Maintain proper hygiene, safety, sanitation in the production unit according to standards.
