- Masters
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in hardware assembly, CCTV operation, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist the Registrar in managing and reporting on all matters related to IT services.
- Liaise with the respective Heads of Departments and relevant offices regarding daily operations and procedures related to IT services and matters.
- Deliver efficient and proactive IT support, including maintaining university networks and servers, managing IT service requests by prioritizing tasks, overseeing hardware and software installations, procuring equipment, and resolving technical issues.
- Implement security measures, manage user accounts and access controls, conduct system diagnostics and optimization, document procedures, ensure data backup and recovery, and perform regular maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Perform any other duties related to the above as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
