Responsibilities & Context
- Have to make Tour packages/book Air/Ship/Bus Tickets/prepare new services list or make promotional concept.
- Have to do cost calculation of any services & follow up after sales.
- Have to make biils for accounts, assist graphic designers on your product selling concept.
- Have to connect on social media or digital platform by Heaven Tourism, do conversation with guests over phone calls & more related operational works.
- Be active or engaged by official work beyond office time, specially over phone as this is service based company.
- Field visit is must for learning & maintaining operations related Tour/Ticketing/Bookings/Vendor relation & more tourism related services (inside Dhaka, outside Dhaka & sometimes outside BD)
- Must have Passport or have to take it by own if joining confirmed.
