Responsibilities & Context
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Oracle Inventory and Process Manufacturing Modules.
- Configure and maintain system settings to align with business needs.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for efficient system use.
- Collaborate with F&A and business teams on project implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure data accuracy in Inventory & Process Manufacturing Modules reporting.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation.
- Participate in special projects, such as new module implementations or integrations.
- Co-ordinate user training and system optimization reviews
