Must have experience on GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo system)

Provide excellent customer service to passengers by assisting them with ticket purchases, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about flights, fares, schedules, and policies.
Sell airline tickets to customers either in person at the ticket counter, over the phone, or online through the airline’s reservation system.
Manage flight reservations, including booking, confirming, and modifying reservations as per customer requests.
Calculate fares, taxes, and fees accurately based on the passenger’s itinerary, travel class, and any applicable discounts or promotions.
Issue electronic or paper tickets to passengers after confirming their bookings and collecting payment.
Process payments for ticket purchases, including cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and other forms of payment accepted by the airline.
Provide passengers with up-to-date information about flight status, delays, cancellations, and alternative travel options in case of disruptions.
Assist passengers with baggage-related inquiries, including baggage allowances, fees, restrictions, and lost or delayed baggage issues.
Inform passengers about special promotions, upgrades, and additional services offered by the airline, aiming to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, reservations, transactions, and other relevant data in the airline’s reservation system or database
