Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for Sales in shipping line? Join our team as a Executive, Outside Sales for our esteemed shipping line! We are seeking a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

• Plan and execute Sales visits and phone calls based on agency’s targeted customer profiles.
• Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products such as e-commerce, Value-Added Services (VAS), and intermodal solutions.
• Identify commercial opportunities in the market, develop market share, and enhance revenue in line with the commercial strategy.
• Maintain updated commercial data and customer feedback in CRM systems (Opportunities, leads, contacts).
• Achieve targets in Sales Visits, Phone Calls (SVPC), and qualitative objectives monitored through analytics.
• Channel pricing requests from customers to Sales Support and manage other customer inquiries through Customer Care.
• Contribute to the formulation of the Commercial Action Plan, including defining pricing strategies based on identified opportunities.
• Focus on developing specific customer types (Freight Forwarders/Beneficial Cargo Owners or enhancing import/export activities through localization, commodity specialization, and trade-specific strategies.
