Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for dynamic and passionate people to hire for the position of Executive (Package Tour & Communication). The ideal candidate should be energetic and enthusiastic and have proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and design domestic and international tour packages.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local guides.
Handle cost calculations, itinerary planning, and pricing strategies.
Monitor market trends and update packages accordingly.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide detailed information on tour packages and travel requirements.
Assist clients in choosing suitable packages based on their needs.
Close sales and process bookings efficiently.
Ensure seamless execution of tour programs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during tours.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages.
Maintain social media engagement and website updates.
Assist in designing promotional materials, including brochures and flyers.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers for competitive rates.
Maintain relationships with local and international tourism boards.
Ensure quality assurance for partnered services.
Ensure compliance with government tourism regulations.
Maintain client records and reports systematically.
