Additional Requirements

Coordinate with relevant teams* to obtain required specification and determine manufacturing feasibility needed to reserve plant capacities /prepare loading plans to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements and plant capacity is fully utilized* Front-end, Manufacturing and Sub-Contractors(where relevant).
Schedule and attend merchandising and production meetings* to ascertain issues and determine eﬀective resolutions required to prepare and maintain a secured detailed plan well in advance to ensure disrupted production.
Provide solutions for anomalies due to production performance (behind/advance to plan) to plan; RM flow disruptions, etc while ensuring minimum deviation/impact to customer delivery.
*One week- Production Two- four weeks- RM conﬁrmations Four weeks – plant freeze plan.
Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on current systems (i.e Planning Tool and SAP) and Update/analyse/review the following
reports* to facilitate production operations and management decision making:
*Loading plan
Detailed plan
Pre-production schedule
Production Advance/Behind report
Other assigned reports.
