Additional Requirements

As a coordinator of Planning & Coordination need to plan and coordinate any changes in plan with Marketing, Finance, Store and Production.

Assist Factory Manager to organize and formulate Production Planning as per company objective & ABP.

Assist Factory manager to formulate and implement systems & procedure for the above plan.

Co-ordinate with Marketing to update sales forecast and delivery requirements.

Co-ordinate with purchase department to ensure raw material availability.

Ensure optimization of factory Capacity Utilization considering product mix, WIP raw material availability to meet the marketing demands on time.

Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements.

Generate departmental MIS as per requirements

Attend warranty claims as per agreed warranty policy.

Ensure continual improvement of work process/system and development of self.

Monitoring production & delivery performance through planning and report on daily /weekly and monthly basis.
