Prepare monthly print capacity analysis report (Print type wise).
Prepare monthly embroidery capacity analysis report Prepare monthly embellishment plan.
Ensure cut panel availability as per printing machine & table plan.
Ensure plan wise embellishment production.
Ensure inhouse capacity utilization.
Update embellishment plan if cutting & sewing line loading plan revised.
Communicate with relevant departments for outsource.
Conduct monthly plan review with relevant stake holders with actual sample.
Attend various meeting with cross functional department.
Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
Coordinate with Cutting to ensure the line feeding
Make a pre-production plan with fabric team including risk analysis
Prepare daily & monthly report with PNL and submit to Head of Textile.
