Ensure quality production of Printing Press as per plan and it’s on time delivery;

Develop different type of sample and follow-up it’s on time delivery;

Ensure raw materials availability on-time in production floor;

Follow-up production activity in production floor and safety & hygiene in the production floor;

Set pricing of different types and measurement of products produced;

Follow-up customers’ recommendations regarding product & solve the same;

Ensure the maintenance of required MIS;

Monitor, lead, direct, appraise & trained-up subordinates.
