The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies

Maintain a database including all necessary information of the suppliers.
Conduct market survey to find out cost effective and quality material suppliers.
Establish strong rapport with the Suppliers, Accounts & Finance, Engineering & Construction and other related Departments.
Find out alternative sources for the required materials.
Must be familiar with suppliers, vendors and retailers of construction materials.
Manage the procurement budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with organizational priorities and financial targets.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and deliver solutions that support their objectives.
Must be familiar with market survey process and ability to prepare comparative statements on specific and required materials.
Must have good knowledge on delivery and distribution process of procured materials.
Must have sound knowledge to handle letter of credits with the banks and suppliers/vendors.
Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)

MICROSOFT OFFICE

Must be honest.

Very good typing & report writing skill both in Bengali & English.

Excellent working environment.
