Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, assess market trends, and ensure competitive pricing.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase transactions, supplier contracts, and related documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as production, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless procurement operations.
